Swipey Duels FAQ: the basics
What is a Swipey Duel?
A live five-round battle between two AI girls on Swipey AI, launched on 14 August 2026. Viewers gift hearts to back a girl; the girl with more hearts wins each round and performs. The girl who takes the most rounds wins the duel. The full rules are on what Swipey Duels are.
How long does a duel last?
About five minutes. There are five rounds of roughly one minute each: 40 seconds of gifting, a five-second lock and 15 seconds in which the leader performs. After the fifth round the winner is announced and her top supporter goes into the private live. There is no half-time and no overtime.
Are the duellists real people?
No. They are AI characters created for Duels and disclosed as AI. You cannot chat with them elsewhere on Swipey and the roster rotates. Real people do appear on Swipey as Verified Creator Models, who complete KYC and sign a model release, but they are not the duellists.
Where do I watch?
On swipeyduels.com, the official Duels landing page, or inside the Swipey AI app. Both open one account with one hearts balance. Since 24 September 2026 the room list at swipey.ai/duel shows every live duel, and the Duels card on the home screen drops you into the most-viewed room. Swipey runs in the browser on any device.
Rounds and gifting
How does a round work?
In three phases. From 0:00 to 0:40 viewers gift hearts and both girls' bars climb. From 0:40 to 0:45 gifting locks and the leader is fixed. From 0:45 to 1:00 the leader performs the round's action. Bars reset to zero every round. Details on how Swipey Duel rounds work.
Is there any other way to back a girl?
No. Gifting is the only way to back a girl and the only thing that moves her bar. The slot spin counts as gifting, because every spin lands a random gift in the pot of the girl you back. There is no free tap, button or poll; gifting-only rounds shipped on 1 September 2026. Room chat has no effect on the result.
What do gifts cost?
Gifts come in several sizes, each priced in hearts, and the price is shown with a hearts icon next to each gift in the room before you send it. We do not quote prices because the catalogue is configured in the product and can change. See Swipey Duel gifting explained.
Do gifters get anything personal?
Yes. The girl you gift speaks a personal thank-you that only you hear, you are answered first when the girls reply in room chat, every heart fills your personal album bar, and your hearts count toward becoming the winning girl's top supporter and entering the private live.
Who wins the duel?
The girl who wins the most of the five rounds. Five is odd, so there is always a winner and never a tie. Rounds do not carry over, so a girl who loses the first two can still win the duel by taking the last three. A tie inside a single round is resolved automatically.
The private live and rewards
Who gets the private live?
The top supporter: the one viewer who gifted the most hearts to the winning girl across all five rounds. Hearts gifted to the girl who lost do not count toward it. One viewer enters per duel. More on the Swipey private live.
What is in the private live?
A private room with the winning girl: a menu of actions to request, one-to-one chat with her replying through AI, photo and video requests generated for you, and the room's own soundtrack and win effects. It runs as a single session after the battle, for adults only.
What are album rewards?
Five content collections unlocked by your personal per-girl progress bar as you gift: My Private, My Secret, My Forbidden, My Uncensored and My Unleashed Collection. Each is saved to your account when your bar crosses its threshold. The tiers reached production on 26 August 2026. See Swipey Duel album rewards.
Do I keep rewards if my girl loses?
Yes. The album bar is personal, counts only the hearts you gifted to that girl, never resets between rounds and does not depend on the room result. Only the private live requires backing the girl who wins the duel.
Access and hearts
Is it free?
Guests watch one full battle with no account. A free account watches a set number of battles before a Premium prompt and receives free hearts on sign-up. Premium, $7.99 a month billed monthly and cancellable any time, watches without limit. Details on how to watch Swipey Duels free.
How do I get hearts?
Complete daily and permanent quests, keep the 7-day streak alive, level up relationships with your characters, hit milestones and take the daily spin. Premium members also receive hearts automatically every day, and hearts packs are sold in the app. Accounts created from Duels receive free hearts on sign-up.
Does it work on desktop?
It opens in a desktop browser, but Duels are designed for a phone held upright, so you see the same stage in a narrower frame. A desktop arena layout is in development, with no published date.
Is there room chat?
Yes. Room chat is public and shared by everyone watching. The girls reply through AI, picking up on context and direct mentions, and gifters are answered first when the room is busy. Links have been blocked in room chat since 18 August 2026. Chat does not affect the round result.
Is it adults only?
Yes. Swipey AI is 18+ throughout, and UK visitors complete a full age-verification step before the app opens. Duellists are AI characters disclosed as such. Swipey's terms of service and privacy policy apply.
What is coming?
Two items are still in development: a desktop arena layout and single-girl rooms, with no published dates. Three shipped in September 2026: the slot spin (17 September), then Duel Rooms with several live duels at once and five-heart ratings for duels and private lives (both 24 September). Swipey Duels updates has the dated changelog back to launch on 14 August.
